GENERAL

Are you open on public holidays?

Yes, usually. We are open everyday unless specified on this website and on Google. Sometimes our trading hours will differ on these days. To check, please visit our trading hours listed on Google here.

What sort of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, card (excluding American Express) and PayID.

​

Transport, how do we get to the store?

Our store is conveniently located on the main shopping strip in Glen Huntly.

  - We are a 1 min walk from Glen Huntly Station (Frankston Line)

  - We are also 50m from a Tram 67 stop

  - There is parking on the main shopping strip with extra parking in the Woolworths situated opposite our store and at the train station

I have a recipe, can you help me?

Yes! A lot of our customers actually bring their recipes along when shopping. We know it can be daunting when there are niche products listed, but do not worry. We are known to be a one-stop-shop for our customers. Please ask one of our staff and we'll gladly help you find the products and also provide tips and tricks with your cooking.

I'm looking for a very specific product, can you help me?

Please contact us via our contact FORM here to check whether we stock the product. We may be able to even specially order it in depending on the product and avaliability.

Do you sell gluten free / vegetarian / vegan products?

Yes we do! We have an extensive list of products that will meet your dietary needs. Check out our dietary requirements page.

Do you sell bulk / wholesale quantities?

Looking to stock up, hold a party or are a restaurant/caterer? We can provide some discounted prices to bulk purchases. Please visit our store or call beforehand to ask for a deal.

DELIVERY

Which courier do you use and how long does delivery take?

We use Sendle and Auspost. Sendle is a cheaper, 100% carbon neutral option. We usually choose Auspost/Sendle for smaller parcels and prefer Sendle for larger parcels due to their cheaper rates. Shipping times are based off the courier estimates. Note due to COVID-19, shipping times may experience delays.

If delivery address is within 5km, we can offer discounted inhouse delivery service. Local delivery can occur same day/next day once payment is received. Delivery times will be between Mon - Fri 5:30pm - 8pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 8pm.

Do you delivery fresh/frozen produce?

Due to limitation of courier services, fresh and frozen produce can only be delivered with our local 5km delivery option.

Do you have express delivery?

Express delivery can be provided to customers at their cost.

​

Do you charge packaging and handling fee?

No. The only cost we charge is the shipping fee based off the current courier rates (no additional surcharges). We reuse cardboard boxes as packaging to reduce waste to the environment.
